Shipping Costs

Once your package is picked up, delivery varies by carrier. Delivery times are given for information purposes only. Delivery is not subject to strict deadlines.

Home delivery without signature - €6.90 incl. VAT

Delivery in 3 to 5 working days, for all orders placed before 1 p.m. (excluding Saturday/Sunday and public holidays)

Mondial Relay Point Relais – €4.90 incl. VAT

Delivery in 5 to 7 working days in one of the 4900 Points Relais®, for all orders placed before 1 p.m. (excluding Saturday/Sunday and public holidays)

Deliveries in Metropolitan France

Our shipping times are as follows:

    For all orders placed from Monday to Friday, the order will be shipped within 48 hours.

    For any order placed Monday to Thursday after 1 p.m., the order will be shipped the next day.

    For any order placed from Friday after 1 p.m. to Sunday evening, the order will be shipped the following Monday.

    For all orders placed on public holidays, the order will be shipped the following business day.

During busy periods (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.), our logistics workshop faces a significant flow of order preparation... A delay of 1 to 2 days is therefore possible, we thank you in advance for your indulgence.

The Customer has the choice between several delivery methods, the costs and times of which vary:

    2 to 4 working days for any order placed before 1:00 p.m.

Home delivery: Colissimo - €6.90

    2 to 3 working days for any order placed before 1:00 p.m.

Home delivery: DHL - €6.90

24 to 48 hours for all orders before 1:00 p.m. (excluding weekends and public holidays).


    The next day for all orders placed before 1:00 p.m.

Outside the European Union,customs or import taxes may be added to the price of our products and remain the responsibility of the Customer. It is therefore the responsibility of the Customer to find out their amount from their local customs office.

Returns and Exchanges

You have a withdrawal period of 14 days to return the item(s) from the day of delivery of the package. To do this, we invite you to fill out this form: "I would like to return my order"

Note that to avoid possible return costs, you can either refuse the package when it is delivered to your home, or leave the package at the Relay Point.
Upon receipt of your package, we will reimburse it and notify you by email.
